Give me a problem, a team, and a deadline. I'll give you a shipped product. I make the tough calls, lead the design conversations, manage teams, and ship things that actually move the needle. The kind of PM who believes that businesses can be complex but your workflows shouldn't be. Currently solving problems for the world's largest investment firms — the ones moving global capital.
Ask my team to describe me and they'll say: empathetic, always has the answer, and the person you go to when nothing is working. I have led both product and design teams, owned the vision, made the UX calls, and stayed accountable through every sprint. I care as much about the people building the product as I do about the product itself.
Five years. Built my way to PM II. I've shipped AI platforms, redesigned enterprise products, and taken new product lines from zero to market. The products I've built have moved real numbers, including one that crossed ₹40Cr+ in revenue this year. The proof is in what shipped.
Oh, and I used to teach calligraphy. Turns out caring obsessively about how things look and feel isn't just a hobby. It's a personality trait.
Led end-to-end creation of 73 Monitor, a portfolio monitoring platform for alternative asset managers. Took it from blank page to market launch across research, design, development, and GTM. Became the company's highest-adopted product.
Investment firms needed a single source of truth for their portfolio: somewhere to store data on every company they'd invested in, track performance, and make hold/exit decisions. No product, no research, no process. Just a clear market gap.
Ran discovery from zero: user interviews with investment professionals, workflow mapping, product vision. Wrote all PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborated on UI/UX and worked with engineering through every sprint. Coordinated GTM and launch with marketing and commercial teams.
80% market adoption from first release, the highest of any product in the 73 Strings portfolio. Became the best-selling product, serving as the data backbone for investment decisions at some of the world's largest alternative asset managers.
Defined strategy and led end-to-end delivery for alternative asset managers, from blank page to launch. Projected to generate ~₹10Cr ($1.2M+ ARR) this year of launch. Ended up delivering ₹40Cr+ (~$4.8M+).
Asset managers lacked a structured, compliant way to collect portfolio data at scale, relying on fragmented manual processes that created errors, delays, and audit risk.
Led discovery, defined the roadmap, made key build vs. buy trade-offs, aligned engineering and design on scope, and coordinated GTM with the commercial team. Served as Product Owner across all sprints from concept to launch.
The platform was originally projected to generate ~₹10Cr ($1.2M+ ARR) this year of launch. It delivered ₹40Cr+ (~$4.8M+), roughly 4× the initial forecast. A strong signal of product-market fit and execution quality.
Identified a critical pain point in manual data processing, ran discovery, and scoped an AI extraction engine + intelligent review assistant that replaced hours of analyst work.
Analysts were spending hours manually extracting and validating data from unstructured sources: slow, error-prone, and impossible to scale with client growth.
Ran structured discovery with client stakeholders, defined AI extraction pipeline requirements, collaborated with engineering on model selection, and designed the intelligent review workflow for analyst validation.
Achieved 90% extraction accuracy. Reduced analyst processing time by 60%. Became a key differentiator in enterprise sales conversations and contract renewals.
Identified UX fragmentation as a retention risk through user research, built the business case, then led a full platform redesign that turned a pain point into a 20% CSAT uplift.
Inconsistent UI patterns, scattered navigation, and visual debt were causing user frustration and increasing churn risk, surfacing in every client feedback loop.
Ran user interviews and usability audits. Built the business case for a full redesign. Led cross-functional work across design, engineering, and QA. Also proposed and built an in-house UI component library.
CSAT improved by 20%. The component library saved significant development hours and enforced visual consistency across all products going forward.
Replaced a chaotic manual approval chain (emails, follow-ups, no accountability) with a fully automated multi-layer review workflow that ensures only verified, approved data reaches the repository.
Before this system existed, approving data was entirely manual. Someone would collect data, then begin a chain of emails to stakeholders and upper management, each person waiting to hear from the previous, no visibility into status, continuous follow-up required, and no record of who approved what or who was responsible for any given change. The process was slow, error-prone, and completely unauditable.
Ran discovery with operations and compliance stakeholders to map the full approval journey. Designed a configurable workflow engine where approval order and approvers can be set per data type. Built out edge case flows too: rejected data is flagged and returned with comments, and when an approver is unavailable the system automatically escalates or delegates to an alternate. Wrote all PRDs, collaborated on UI design, and drove the build through QA and launch.
The entire approval process now runs automatically. The system notifies each approver in sequence, passes to the next on approval, and only pushes data to the repository once the full chain is complete. Every action is timestamped and logged: who approved, who rejected, who delegated, and why. Manual coordination and follow-up dropped to zero. Data in the repository is now fully traceable and audit-ready.
Built an autonomous multi-agent system that migrates Java repositories from legacy versions to the latest in 3 minutes flat. The same process previously took 2–3 weeks per repository manually. With 60 repositories stuck on legacy Java, the problem represented over 2 years of developer work and serious security exposure. Built entirely with AI tools and vibe coding in 3 days, with zero traditional code written by the team.
Open to PM roles, ambitious collaborations, and conversations that start with "we have a problem." If you're building something that matters, I want in. Or if you just want to connect, my LinkedIn is always open.
